Astro was launched on January 13, 2006 and it’s operated by Loto Quebec.The price of an Astro ticket is $1.00. In order to enter, participants must make four selections; one number between 1 and 31 for the day of the month, a month, a number between 00 and 99 that represents the year, and finally a zodiac sign
Participants are free to choose whichever combinations they want as the elements are not dependent on each other. For example, they could choose 31 alongside February, even though this date does not exist.
